Christmas festivities are in a few short weeks, and whilst I enjoy Christmas I have been thinking about those people who this may not be a happy time for.

There could be a number of reasons why this may be the case not only at this time of year but throughout the year.

Loneliness.

Missing loved ones.

Cost of living has risen and I hear families struggling to eat and keep warm let alone buy presents, decorations and travel to see relatives.

Others may struggle to feel accepted, social media pressures and stigma surrounding your mental health.
