Coping with lockdown at home and become your own therapist.

The messages we give ourselves can impact negatively on how we feel and how we behave.

As working from home looks like it’s going to be with us for a while I thought the link below offers some sound advice about how to cope with home working and the challenges that can bring.

As someone pointed out working from a site or office can be equally as stressful during lockdown restrictions and the advice is pertinent to those people as well.

If you believe you can’t manage your mental well being alone please reach out to your GP, source  an accredited therapist in your area  and if in crisis you can attend accident and emergency, phone your local NHS crisis line or Samaritans.
